We envision an institution that will embody and serve society guided by the values and ideals of the late Luis Co Chi Kiat, the revered founding father of the Luis Co Chi Kiat group of companies, to empower individuals and organizations that dedicate themselves to work productively thereby contributing to nation building. We envision an institution that will be a catalyst in:

• developing organizations and communities through persons equipped with the proper knowledge, skills and attitude 
• supporting the formation of minds to bring about change towards a better future for our countr
• bringing about a healthy society to optimize productivity and learning.

To steadily grow, implement and support activities and programs that would strengthen the commitment of the Luis Co Chi Kiat group of companies in the enhancement of the following areas: education, quality of health and work competence.
